Human Resources Operations Manager

Role: HR Operations Manager Location: Jeddah What We’re Looking For Minimum of 7 years in HR field and currently holds a managerial role ideally in an FMCG company Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Strong experience in HR Operations, preferably within a large or complex organization Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR-related government platforms Strong HRIS, Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills English communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee services Manage employee lifecycle processes, records, documentation, and HR systems Oversee payroll inputs and coordination, benefits administration, and HR transactions Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies Drive HR process improvement, automation, and service excellence Monitor HR operational KPIs and provide management reporting Partner with employees, managers, Finance, and other functions to resolve HR operational matters Lead and develop the HR Operations team Show more Show less
