Job Title: Photographer & Video Content Creator (Full-Time) Location: Amman, Jordan Working Days: Saturday to Thursday, full-time About Us We are a Jordan-based group running several businesses, including WeddyJO, an interior design company, and other ventures. WeddyJO is a mobile app in Arabic and English that helps couples plan their wedding and set up their first home on one platform. Couples can discover, compare, and book trusted vendors across more than 30 categories, from venues and photographers to furniture and home services. The app also lets them track budgets, checklists, and digital invitations, and a dedicated concierge team can organize key parts of the wedding and home setup. WeddyJO aims to be the first place couples in Jordan go when planning both their wedding and their first home, starting with its launch in Amman. Our interior design company and other businesses also need strong visual content to showcase their projects, products, and services. Role Description We are looking for a creative, hands-on Photographer & Video Content Creator to own the full visual production process for all of our businesses, from the first idea to the final published content. You will plan, script, shoot, edit, and deliver photo and video content for social media, apps, websites, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Concept & scenario: Develop creative ideas, write scenarios and scripts, build storyboards and shot lists, and plan the storytelling for each shoot and campaign. Photography: Capture high-quality images of couples, events, venues, interior design projects, furniture, products, and partner offerings. Videography: Film reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, project walkthroughs, and event highlights. Editing & retouching: Edit and retouch photos with consistent color grading and quality. Video editing & montage: Edit and montage videos, including cutting, transitions, color grading, sound design, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics. Shoot planning & management: Handle scheduling, location scouting, lighting, composition, and equipment, and coordinate with clients, couples, vendors, and internal teams. Content delivery: Prepare final photo and video sets sized and formatted for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and apps). Interior design content: Photograph and film completed projects, before-and-after transformations, design details, and client spaces. Vendor portfolios: Create polished visual portfolios for WeddyJO vendor partners to showcase their services on the platform. Brand consistency: Work with the marketing and content teams so every piece of content matches each brand’s visual identity. Content library: Organize and manage a library of photos, videos, and raw footage across all businesses. Qualifications Strong technical skills with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and studio and on-location setups. Proven experience in photography and videography, ideally across weddings, events, interiors, real estate, products, or lifestyle. A portfolio showing both photography and video work, including candid moments, portraits, spaces, and edited reels or promotional videos. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools is a plus. Ability to come up with creative concepts, write scenarios and scripts, and turn ideas into engaging visual stories. Understanding of social media trends, short-form video formats, and what performs well on each platform. Strong organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects for different brands and meet deadlines. Good communication skills in Arabic and English (bilingual preferred). Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when needed for weddings and events. Drone photography or videography experience is a plus. A degree or training in photography, film, visual arts, or a related field is an advantage. What We Offer A full-time role working Saturday to Thursday.
