IT Projects & Operations Manager

Dar Delta for Information Technology is a Saudi company delivering network, data center, cybersecurity and security systems projects for the government and private sectors since 2010. This is a senior role reporting directly to the General Manager, with real authority over projects, teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities • Lead all projects and O&M contracts, including schedule, budget and margin • Discuss technical solutions and scope of work with clients and consultants • Manage project teams, vendors and subcontractors • Review pricing and technical offers, and follow invoices through to collection Requirements • 10+ years in ICT/ELV projects with Saudi systems integrators • Proven delivery for Saudi government entities • Strong technical background in networks; CCNP or equivalent preferred • Working knowledge of fiber, structured cabling, CCTV and access control • PMP preferred • Etimad and government contract experience • Saudi Council of Engineers membership • Fluent Arabic and good English • Based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama, or Saudi national How to apply: send your CV to [redacted email], and include your largest project delivered, your exact role in it and your notice period.
