AI Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with only 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our AI team. The successful candidate will work on real-world AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI projects, helping design and develop intelligent solutions for enterprise and government customers. This role is ideal for an engineer who has a strong foundation in computer science, software development, machine learning, and AI, and is particularly interested in gaining deeper hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the design and development of Agentic AI projects. Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and multi-agent solutions for real-world business use cases. Develop Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. Build solutions using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise data. Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions and real-world AI applications. Develop production-quality AI applications and APIs using Python. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and business systems. Work with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft AI technologies. Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, testing, and optimization. Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models and applications. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business teams to transform business requirements into practical AI solutions. Apply security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles throughout the AI development lifecycle. Qualifications Only 1–2 years of professional or relevant hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, software development, data science, or a related field. Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-quality coding. Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning. Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including developing, evaluating, or deploying NLP-based solutions. Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies. Practical understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, Git/GitHub, and modern software development practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate technical concepts clearly. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
