FAMILY OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER Job Title: Family Operations Team Leader (Head of Family Operations) Business Unit: BIGO LIVE MENA Location: Amman, Jordan Department: Family Operations Reports To: Regional Business Manager Role Scope: Lead the local family operations team with accountability for people management and family business results Job Purpose Lead the local Family Operations team and take ownership of team performance, family/agency ecosystem growth, and business results. Combine excellent analytical judgment, business development, family-owner relationship management, and disciplined execution to drive family acquisition, streamer engagement, retention, and revenue growth within the established regional operating framework. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Directly manage the local Family Operations team, including target setting, task allocation, performance reviews, execution follow-up, and team coaching. Build clear accountability, productivity, and a strong performance culture. 2. Family Business Development & Operational Execution: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly family operations plans. Lead new family/agency acquisition, family-owner relationship development, onboarding, activation, streamer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Own team execution, progress tracking, and final business results. 3. Advanced Business Analysis & Problem Solving: Independently analyze family revenue, streamer performance, engagement, retention, conversion, and team KPIs. Proactively identify anomalies, determine root causes and growth opportunities, turn findings into measurable action plans, and evaluate outcomes. 4. Family Ecosystem & Key Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with family/agency owners, key streamers, and business partners. Anticipate family churn and underperformance risks, implement targeted development plans, and improve family ecosystem quality. 5. Market Insights & Cross-functional Collaboration: Track Jordanian and MENA market trends and competition, adapt execution to local needs, and work effectively with regional management, headquarters, and cross-functional partners. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Family operations team revenue target achievement and growth New family/agency recruitment, activation, and high-potential family development Family and streamer engagement, retention, and ecosystem quality Overall team and individual performance, productivity, and target delivery Execution quality of key operational initiatives and measurable problem resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; background in business, marketing, or operations is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2–3 years of direct people management experience (mandatory). Must have managed direct reports with responsibility for objectives, performance, coaching, and delivery; experience managing teams of 5 or more is preferred. Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen. Able to independently interpret dashboards and complex KPI trends, detect anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, and convert insights into measurable improvement plans. Proven strength in business development, negotiation, and strategic relationship management, combined with outstanding execution, process management, and accountability for team KPI delivery. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English. Familiarity with the MENA market and livestreaming industry is preferred. Relevant experience in livestreaming or family/agency operations is a strong advantage, particularly when combined with excellent people management skills.
