Fluency in Arabic and English. Transferable Kuwait Visa. Strong hands-on technical experience in facilities maintenance, preferably HVAC. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose technical faults, troubleshoot issues, and oversee facilities maintenance operations. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities, ensuring quality standards and timely service-ticket closure. Supervise technicians, review completed work, and verify working hours and service schedules. Coordinate maintenance teams and dispatch service personnel according to client requirements. Communicate effectively with contractual clients and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations. Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and follow up on contract renewals and outstanding payments. Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and departmental documentation. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Ideal Candidate: A technically strong and organized professional with hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, team supervision skills, client-handling capabilities, and a good understanding of the commercial and administrative aspects of maintenance contracts.
