Front-end Lead

Talent 360 is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2-3 years in a leadership role Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel Good understanding of UX/UI principles Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Benefits Social insurance Medical insurance Annual Raise Performance Bonus Seasonal bonus Laptop allowance Working Conditions Location: New Cairo (Hybrid model) Working Hours: Flexible (9-11 AM start, 5-7 PM end) Days Off: Friday & Saturday Show more Show less
