RECRUITMENT & SOURCING OFFICER

We are looking for a results-driven recruiter with staffing agency experience to deliver technical, specialist and bulk hiring requirements across oil & gas, defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction and other sectors. Key Responsibilities Source screening and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talent networks. Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies. Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging hiring risks and delays early. Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining and placement conversion ratios. Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timely feedback. Support assigned client accounts through regular updates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues. Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews, offers and successful joining. Requirements 2–5 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within staffing, outsourcing or recruitment agencies. Proven delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments. Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills. Ownership of deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes. UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
