Sales Parts Supervisor (Mechanical Engineer)

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Parts Supervisor to lead parts sales activities for marine equipment, working with Weichai products. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background, solid sales experience, and the ability to understand customers' technical requirements and provide suitable spare parts solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee parts counter sales activities, identifying customer needs and business opportunities Provide technical product information and parts demonstrations to prospective clients Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and technical compatibility Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and commercial proposals Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships Participate in marine events and trade shows to expand business networks and generate new leads Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in sales Strong understanding of technical products and spare parts Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Ability to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions Show more Show less
