Role Description The Sales Consultant – Immigration will work on-site in Doha, Qatar in a full-time capacity, advising prospective clients on suitable immigration and study-abroad options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate programs and visa pathways. The role involves presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments. The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records of client interactions, coordinate with legal and processing teams, and ensure timely communication throughout the application lifecycle. This position also requires actively building relationships, contributing to client outreach activities, and supporting overall service quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify client needs and recommend suitable immigration solutions. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide responsive support and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Relevant experience in immigration services, education consultancy, or a related sales role is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a client-focused mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
