Company Description INARA Society is a Dubai-based luxury event agency that creates bespoke experiences for brands, private clients, and cultural occasions across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, corporate, and private sectors. The team designs, produces, and delivers events from concept to completion, managing everything from creative direction and venue selection to staging, lighting, visual production, sound, hospitality, and on-site operations. Projects range from runway shows, brand launches, and seasonal activations to corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and tailored guest journeys. Supported by the expertise and venue network of Soho Garden Group, INARA Society works across some of Dubai’s most distinctive locations, including Palm, Meydan, Hive, Code, Soho Beach Island, and Soho Yas Island, as well as selected partner venues. Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that support event identities, brand campaigns, and guest experiences across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts for event collateral, presentations, social media, and marketing materials; designing logos and brand elements for specific events and clients; and preparing visual assets that align with luxury standards and brand guidelines. The specialist will collaborate closely with creative direction, production, and marketing teams, refine designs based on feedback, and ensure all visual materials are optimized for various formats and venues. The role also involves managing image editing, file organization, and ensuring final deliverables meet quality, technical, and timing requirements. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with demonstrated ability to develop high-quality visual concepts and layouts. Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive event identities and client-focused visual systems. Experience in Image Editing and asset preparation for digital, print, and large-format event applications. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software). Portfolio showcasing luxury, events, fashion, or lifestyle design work, with attention to detail and visual storytelling. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with creative, production, and client-facing teams. Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in events or hospitality is an advantage. Show more Show less
