Contract Manager

Exergy are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established international engineering and industrial services business in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded contracts professional to take responsibility for the administration, management and governance of commercial contracts across a diverse portfolio of regional projects. Working closely with the Commercial & Contracts Manager and collaborating with project management, finance, supply chain and operational teams, you will play an important role in protecting the company's commercial position and ensuring effective contractual management throughout project delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from award through to close-out. Monitoring contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones and compliance. Managing variations, change orders and commercial implications arising from project changes. Supporting claims, extensions of time and contractual dispute resolution. Administering supplier and subcontractor agreements. Maintaining contractual registers, risk reports and commercial documentation. Supporting UAE licensing, regulatory and statutory compliance requirements. Requirements 5–8 years' experience in contracts administration or contract management. Experience within engineering, industrial services, oil & gas, manufacturing or EPC environments. Strong understanding of commercial contracts, variations, claims and subcontract management. Previous UAE or wider GCC experience. Exposure to ADNOC contracts would be a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
