Sales Executive

Sage Education Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai! If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn inquiries into successful enrollments, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Connect with prospective students and parents to promote our education and admission services. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins to drive enrollments. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead follow-ups. Guide students and parents on our programs, admission services, and test preparation courses. Coordinate with academic counselors and tutors to ensure smooth student onboarding. Support marketing campaigns by converting generated leads into enrollments. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage). Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
