Pricing & Operations Executive Company: Top Terminal Logistics (TTL) Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Hiring: Direct Hiring About the Role Top Terminal Logistics is seeking an experienced Pricing & Operations Executive to join our Kuwait branch. The successful candidate will manage freight pricing, prepare competitive quotations, coordinate with carriers and logistics partners, and oversee daily freight forwarding operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for sea, air, and road freight. Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. Coordinate shipments from booking through customs clearance and final delivery. Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. Review shipping documents and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Handle operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution. Maintain pricing records, shipment reports, and customer correspondence. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics (mandatory). Proven experience in freight pricing, quotations, and shipment operations. Good knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and GCC road transportation. Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office. Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
