Proficiency in advanced neonatal resuscitation, ventilation strategies, and management of complex neonatal conditions. Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary neonatal care teams. Valid UAE healthcare license or eligibility for DHA / SHA licensing, as applicable.
