We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (Cosmetics/Beauty Background) About ZAT ZAT is a growing Egyptian beauty and cosmetics brand that was featured on Shark Tank and. We sell our cosmetics and beauty products through retail accounts and branches across Greater Cairo, and we're building a strong field team to take the brand further. About the Role We're looking for a sales supervisor from the cosmetics industry to manage and grow our existing accounts, open new ones, and supervise our promoter team on the ground. What you'll do ▪️ Achieve sales, coverage, and collection targets ▪️ Manage and develop existing cosmetics retail accounts, and open new accounts ▪️ Negotiate with and open new accounts ▪️ Supervise promoters: their sales, targets, attendance, and presentation ▪️ Ensure correct product visibility and display in all accounts ▪️ Report sell-in, stock, and sell-out regularly ▪️ Collect competitor data on products and pricing What we're looking for ▪️ Bachelor's degree ▪️ Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Senior Promoter ▪️ Cosmetics / beauty sales background is a must ▪️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ▪️ Good English and proficient in MS Office ▪️ Target-driven, disciplined, and very presentable ▪️ Experience supervising promoters is a strong plus If you know the cosmetics market and want to grow with a brand that's growing fast, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 To apply send your CV to [redacted email] with "Key Account Manager – Cosmetics" in the subject line. #Hiring #KeyAccountManager #Cosmetics #BeautyIndustry Show more Show less
