Coordinator - Incentives and Accounting

We’re Hiring: Incentives & Accounting Coordinator A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an Incentives & Accounting Coordinator to support its finance and incentives operations. The successful candidate will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, accounting activities, and the monitoring of projects delivered under incentive programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Monitor financial and operational KPIs related to incentive projects. Track recipients’ commitments, including expenditure, headcount, and project milestones. Support incentives accounting, reporting, reimbursement, and disbursement processes. Assist with annual budget preparation, forecasting, monitoring, and budget transfers. Prepare financial, cost, expenditure variance, and forecasting reports. Support accounts payable, reconciliation, taxation, and fixed-asset verification activities. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with applicable policies and requirements. Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum of 2 year of relevant finance or accounting experience. Experience in financial and management accounting, accounts payable, and taxation. Exposure to banking, funding, transactions, or incentive programs is advantageous. Knowledge of international accounting standards and ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
