Senior Manager, Digital Products (AI Native)

About the role A leading master developer in the UAE is building an AI-enabled digital platform to transform how its business operates in relation to projects approvals, land management, and development control. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product & AI to own the department’s digital products end to end and to embed AI where it delivers measurable value. You will report to executive leadership and work closely with business teams and the group digital function. You will be the single business owner of the department’s digital product roadmap, requirements, data model and adoption. What you will do Own the department’s digital products: one portfolio, one backlog, and one roadmap, from concept through go-live, adoption and continuous improvement. Lead product working groups and steering updates, and act as the single demand channel to the group digital team. Map processes (as-is and to-be), write user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the core data model and data quality rules. Lead delivery, UAT sign-off, and release readiness. Embed AI into the products: define use cases, the value case, and the split between agent and human decisions. Deliver document intelligence features: reading official letters and approvals, extracting conditions into actions, classifying submissions, and drafting responses. Set accuracy thresholds and human-in-the-loop controls, and run a regular review of AI performance. No external-facing output goes out without human approval. Drive adoption, training, and KPI reporting to senior leadership. What you bring 6+ years of experience, including at least 4 years as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst on an enterprise workflow or case management platform, through go-live and adoption. At least 2 years delivering AI or intelligence features in production (LLM drafting, extraction, classification, OCR), with accuracy measured against labelled data. A working understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt design, agent workflows, and their risks. Functional Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, flows, portals). No coding required. BPMN, user stories, UAT leadership, and Jira or Azure DevOps. Data modelling experience and an understanding of enterprise IT governance, security, and release processes. Fluency in Arabic and English. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business. Nice to have Experience digitizing real estate or customer-facing processes in the GCC. Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein, or another enterprise agent platform. GIS literacy. CSPO/PSPO, CBAP/PMI-PBA, or Salesforce certifications. Who you are You translate between engineers, business teams, and executives. You prototype fast, then release properly.
