Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing civil engineering solutions for projects supported by the company’s software tools. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering drawings and reports, coordinating with project managers and other engineers, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role also involves planning site work, supporting stormwater management assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule. The Civil Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and provide technical input to enhance project quality and safety. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure and site development projects Experience working as Civil Engineers on multidisciplinary projects, including coordination with project teams Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices for urban and industrial environments Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local authority requirements is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment Relevant professional certifications or registration are a plus Show more Show less
