Head of Leasing Department

Murtaqa Developments is looking for an experienced Head of Leasing Department to lead our leasing operations, drive occupancy, and maximize the commercial performance of our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Identify potential tenants, corporate clients, and strategic leasing opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners. Oversee lease negotiations, rental pricing, and contract terms. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to identify new opportunities. Ensure efficient management of the leasing pipeline, tenant inquiries, and contract renewals. Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Property Management teams to ensure smooth leasing operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate leasing, with proven leadership experience. Previous experience in a real estate development company is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of leasing strategies, market analysis, rental negotiations, and contract management. Proven ability to lead teams and achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
