Job Opening – Business Development Executive (Outsourcing) 🏢 Company: Vistas Global 📍 Location: Qatar 👤 Reporting to: VP Business Services 🔹 Job Responsibilities: * Identify and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing services. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions. * Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. * Negotiate contracts and close business deals. * Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery. * Achieve sales targets and grow outsourcing revenue. 🔹 Must-Have Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field. ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing, or workforce solutions. ✅ Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue generation. ✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ✅ Experience in preparing proposals and closing contracts. ✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 🔹 Preferred: Valid driving licence and Qatar market experience.
