Anticipate and exceed guest needs and preferences before, during, and after their stay. Provide personalized and attentive service throughout the guest journey. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar guest-facing role, preferably within an international 5-star hotel. Experience in a large hotel environment is an advantage, particularly properties with 500+ rooms. Knowledge of OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or other international languages is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
