Role Description This full-time Medical Sales Representative role covers Ein Shams, Zatoun, Matrya, Naser City, and Cairo East, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Qesm Heliopolis and some flexibility for working from home. The Medical Sales Representative will visit healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions to promote Penta Pharma Egypt’s products, provide scientific information, and build strong, long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing territory visits, conducting product presentations, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper product positioning in the assigned area. The role also involves gathering market insights, reporting competitive activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and consistently meeting sales targets while upholding ethical and patient-centric standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and achievement of sales objectives. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support to medical and pharmacy clients. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand therapeutic areas and accurately convey product benefits and usage. Candidates should possess relevant Pharmacy knowledge to discuss dosage forms, indications, contraindications, and proper handling of pharmaceutical products. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field are highly beneficial. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in Cairo East or similar territories, is an advantage.
