WPC Formulation & R&D Specialist

Job Opportunity – WPC Formulation Expert Hiring – Jordan Al Tamayouz Doors is looking for an experienced WPC Formulation & R&D Specialist to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and optimize PVC-based WPC formulations for interior doors. * Create cost-effective formulations while maintaining high product quality. * Optimize raw material consumption and production costs. * Improve mechanical strength, density, surface quality and dimensional stability. * Conduct laboratory tests and production trials. * Recommend suitable additives, stabilizers, fillers and processing aids. * Troubleshoot extrusion and formulation-related issues. Requirements: * Proven experience in PVC/WPC formulation and compound development. * Strong knowledge of PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, foaming regulators and additives. * Practical experience in WPC extrusion manufacturing. * Ability to develop competitive formulations and reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality. Preferred Candidates: India, Bangladesh, China and other countries with relevant WPC manufacturing experience.
