Role Description We are looking for a professional and guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing menu recommendations and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience. The successful candidate must consistently deliver service excellence in line with Waldorf Astoria's luxury standards. Key Requirements • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant. • Previous Forbes Travel Guide experience is highly preferred. • Arabic-speaking candidates will be given priority. • Good command of English. • Strong guest service and communication skills. • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette. • Well-presented, attentive and passionate about hospitality. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
