Corporate Services Executive Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Qatar for an experienced Corporate Services Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate services activities, supporting company formation and business setup processes, and ensuring compliance with QFC regulations and requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage company formation, registration, licensing, and renewal processes under the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC). Coordinate corporate services activities and assist clients with business setup requirements. Prepare, review, and maintain corporate documentation and regulatory records. Ensure compliance with applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Liaise with clients and relevant authorities to facilitate registrations, renewals, and other corporate procedures. Monitor application progress, follow up on pending documentation, and ensure timely completion of processes. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service. Requirements Previous hands-on experience with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) is mandatory. Experience in corporate services, company formation, business setup, or a related field. Good knowledge of QFC registration, licensing, renewal, and compliance procedures. Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and corporate compliance documentation. Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills. Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Candidates currently based in Qatar are required Show more Show less
