Branch Manager

Sahat Al Majd Trading Company — Riyadh & other cities | Full-time At Sahat Al Majd we serve a coffee and chocolate experience our guests deserve, across 35+ branches of Jadeel and Hanoverian. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches and own its results. What you'll do: Lead the branch team day to day, deliver sales and profitability targets, ensure every guest receives service at brand standard, manage schedules, cash, inventory and ordering, maintain hygiene and food-safety compliance, coach and develop your crew, and report branch performance to the Area Manager. What we're looking for: • 4+ years of experience in F&B or retail operations, including at least 2 years managing a branch or outlet • Fluent English, spoken and written • Strong leadership and people-management skills • Hands-on with POS, inventory and basic P&L • Professional appearance and commitment to brand standards • Full availability for shift work, including weekends • All nationalities welcome; candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate What we offer: A competitive salary with performance-based incentives, a clear path to Area Manager, and the chance to grow with two of the Kingdom's fastest-growing specialty brands.
