Marketing Manager - F&B

We are recruiting for a growing café brand in Saudi Arabia, for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing across the Kingdom. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll be responsible for building brand awareness, customer engagement, footfall and sales growth. It's a great fit for someone who knows the Saudi market well, follows social media closely and wants measurable results. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Build and deliver monthly and quarterly marketing plans Strengthen brand positioning, identity and awareness in the Saudi market Identify opportunities to attract new customers and build loyalty Monitor competitors, consumer trends and market opportunities Keep the brand consistent across all channels and customer touchpoints Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and other relevant platforms Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars Coordinate photography, videography and creative production Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns Track performance, engagement, audience growth and campaign effectiveness Spot emerging trends and creative opportunities relevant to Saudi audiences Campaigns & Activations Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions and events Build initiatives around key Saudi occasions, holidays and seasons Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and local activations Create campaigns that drive store visits, new customers and repeat purchases Work with operations to deliver in-store promotions successfully Influencer Marketing & PR Identify and collaborate with Saudi influencers, content creators and media partners Build relationships with local communities and potential brand partners Manage influencer campaigns end to end, from planning and negotiation to evaluation Support PR initiatives that raise the brand's visibility and reputation Budget & Performance Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently Track campaign performance and return on investment Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, customer acquisition, footfall and sales impact Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations Keep optimizing activity based on results Cross-Functional Coordination Align marketing with business priorities alongside operations and management Coordinate designers, photographers, agencies and external suppliers Support new branch openings, product launches and expansion plans Deliver marketing activity on time, on budget and to a high standard Requirements Essential Saudi nationality (this role is open to Saudi nationals only) 4-5 years' proven experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing or a related role Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field Strong track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies Proven experience managing social media platforms and paid digital campaigns Excellent understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour, culture and market trends Experience in influencer marketing, content creation and campaign management Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and improve performance Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills Fluent Arabic and a good command of English Able to work independently, take initiative and manage several projects at once Preferred Experience in cafés, restaurants, hospitality or F&B Experience with lifestyle or consumer-facing brands Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads and analytics tools Experience coordinating creative agencies and content production teams Benefits Full-time role with a growing brand in the Saudi F&B sector The chance to shape and lead marketing across the Kingdom Involvement in new branch openings and expansion Immediate start available Show more Show less
