Role Description The Low Current Pre-Sales role at Premium Electronics is a full-time remote position focused on supporting sales activities for low current systems. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals and system designs for CCTV, MATV/IPTV, IP telephony, public address, access control, and intrusion detection solutions. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, conducting product presentations and demos for prospective clients, and responding to technical inquiries and requests for quotations. The Pre-Sales professional will also assist in developing solution configurations, cost estimates, and tender responses, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting handover to implementation teams. Regular coordination with internal stakeholders and customers is required to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and managing client expectations throughout the pre-sales cycle. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and collaboration with sales teams to meet revenue targets. Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and solution presentations, demos, and basic technical guidance to customers and internal staff. Relevant technical knowledge of low current systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, IP telephony, and PA systems) and familiarity with system design and configuration. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in proposals and technical documentation.
