We work toward a world where women lead confidently, invest with clarity and grow through shared knowledge and collaboration. By closing the gaps in access to networks, mentors and investors, we turn community into a catalyst for leadership, financial growth and lasting impact.
About the role

This is a high-trust role with close, day-to-day proximity to the CEO. It suits someone detail-oriented, proactive and highly organized, who communicates clearly with investors and senior stakeholders, handles confidential information with discretion, and anticipates needs before being asked.

Stay reachable and responsive, including outside standard hours when required.
Support urgent or time-sensitive requests as they arise.
Key responsibilities

Screen, prioritize and route requests, deciding what needs the CEO’s attention and what can be handled independently
Represent the CEO with internal teams, partners, investors and external stakeholders where appropriate
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and travel, protecting time for priority work
Schedule, confirm and reschedule meetings for the CEO, handling invitations and availability with internal and external parties
Track the CEO’s priorities, deadlines and commitments, and flag conflicts or gaps early
Draft, review and proofread correspondence, documents and presentations on the CEO’s behalf
Prepare agendas and meeting materials, and follow up on action items
Take, write up and circulate meeting minutes, including decisions and action items
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on requests, approvals and deliverables for the CEO
Track decisions and actions from leadership meetings and report progress
Support the preparation of leadership meetings, including agendas, materials and minutes
Support the CEO at events, speaking engagements, partner meetings and external engagements
Coordinate logistics, briefing materials and follow-ups for each engagement
Investor relations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective investors, and act as their day-to-day point of contact to the CEO.
Maintain an investor database and pipeline, and track inquiries, commitments and follow-ups
Prepare investor reports, presentations, updates and data packs, and keep a library of approved investor content
Plan, draft and distribute the investor newsletter, confirming all figures with Finance and obtaining CEO approval before each issue goes out
Set up and maintain the investor deal room, manage investor access, and respond to due diligence queries
Support SAFE agreement administration, from issuance to filing, and maintain the SAFE and investor register
Prepare briefs before investor meetings, capture notes and action items afterwards, and share market and investor insights with leadership
