WE’RE HIRING | Sales Supervisor – Printing & Packaging Kalisse Print House is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with 5–7 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry to join our team. Responsibilities Supervise daily sales activities and follow up on sales performance and targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Expand the customer base within the printing and packaging market. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales orders. Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal departments to ensure timely order execution. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline progress. Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in sales within the printing and packaging industry. Proven experience in paper packaging and folding carton packaging is highly preferred. Previous experience in a sales supervisory role is required. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
