Role Description The Mortgage Broker role at Mortgage Pro is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Broker will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, assess financial situations, and help identify optimal lending solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, gathering and reviewing financial documentation, preparing applications, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions to secure approvals. The role involves monitoring market trends and mortgage rates, presenting options clearly, and supporting clients throughout the application and closing process. The Mortgage Broker will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and uphold compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Qualifications Strong mortgage brokerage expertise, including experience as a Mortgage Broker and familiarity with Brokerage practices. Solid finance knowledge, including understanding of lending criteria, risk assessment, and Debt Consolidation options. Skills in Mortgage Marketing to help promote services, generate leads, and build client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and local real estate market is highly beneficial. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus. Show more Show less
