We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Luxury Watch Sales Associate / Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to clients. The successful candidate will represent prestigious watch brands, provide expert product knowledge, build long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized service and professional product recommendations. Present and promote luxury watches, including brand heritage, collections, technical features, and craftsmanship. Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and purchasing requirements to recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and clienteling activities. Provide accurate information on watch movements, materials, complications, functions, and product specifications. Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, reservations, and after-sales service requests. Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure proper handling, security, and inventory control of luxury watches and accessories. Stay updated on new collections, market trends, competitors, and luxury watch industry developments. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in luxury retail, premium watches, jewellery, or high-end customer service is an advantage. Strong passion and interest in luxury watches, horology, and prestigious international watch brands. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation. Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and discerning customers. Strong sales motivation and ability to work towards individual and store targets. Good product presentation skills and attention to detail.
