Reservation Specialist | Fresher

📍Zamalek Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, availability, pricing, and services through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. - Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate check-in and check-out arrangements and ensure all required details are properly communicated. - Follow up with customers before and during their reservations to ensure a smooth experience. - Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems with customer and booking information. - Coordinate with operations and relevant internal teams regarding customer requests, special arrangements, and reservation updates. Requirements: - 0–2 years of experience in reservations, operations, customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background is preferred. - Handle customer concerns or reservation-related issues and escalate when necessary.
