Senior Commercial Manager (Fit-out)

This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You’ll Be Responsible For Providing cost and commercial management services to support project completion. Leading the cost and commercial team to achieve strategic outcomes. Preparing contract documents, warranties and licenses. Managing cost control and reporting and presenting monthly post-contract cost reports. Assessing and managing costs for design changes and construction activities. Evaluating delay and cost claims. Issuing certificates for practical completion and final accounts. Advising on defect resolution and final certification. Guiding cost consultants to improve processes and service delivery. Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery. You’ll Need To Have Relevant MEA experience. Degree qualification. Chartered or relevant certifications such as MRICS or CIPS. Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
