Role Description The Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves advising clients on mortgage options, assessing financial profiles, and recommending suitable products aligned with individual goals and risk tolerance. The Mortgage Advisor will manage end-to-end mortgage processes, including documentation, bank coordination, and follow-up to ensure smooth approvals and timely disbursals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing financial analyses, staying updated on mortgage regulations and bank offerings, and supporting clients through all stages of their mortgage journey. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, contributing to mortgage marketing initiatives, and upholding compliance and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to interpret lending criteria and explain complex mortgage structures clearly.
