Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

What You'll Do Lead quality assurance strategy across the product development lifecycle, ensuring high standards from planning to release. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to integrate quality into Agile development processes. Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests across web and mobile applications. Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test automation, coverage, and defect detection. Validate AI-generated test cases, scripts, and results to ensure accuracy and reliability. Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing. Identify and track defects, improve QA frameworks, and monitor product quality metrics. Mentor QA team members and drive continuous improvement in testing practices and release quality. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Software QA or Quality Engineering. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Experience using AI-powered QA tools and validating AI-generated tests and automation scripts. Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing. Experience with SQL Server (MS SQL), REST APIs, and tools such as Postman. Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks is an advantage. Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of .NET applications is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI-driven quality engineering.
