Role Description The مسئول محل اصباغ ومواد بناء is responsible for managing a retail outlet specializing in paints and building materials, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service. This full-time role is on-site in Shuwaikh and includes overseeing product display, stock levels, and inventory accuracy, as well as coordinating with the warehouse and suppliers for timely replenishment. The role involves advising customers on suitable paint types, colors, coatings, and related building materials, preparing quotations, and processing sales and returns in accordance with company policies. The position also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, monitoring product quality, and reporting any issues or damages. The مسئول محل اصباغ ومواد بناء works closely with the sales and logistics teams to achieve sales targets, support promotional activities, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and related building materials, with the ability to guide customers on product selection and usage. Experience in retail or hardware/building materials stores, including basic sales, cash handling, and customer service skills. Practical skills in inventory control, stock rotation, and coordination with warehouse or suppliers. Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic; working knowledge of English is an advantage. Basic numeracy and computer skills for billing, POS systems, and simple reporting. Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain orderly displays and a safe store environment. Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh on a full-time schedule, including flexibility for peak business hours. Previous experience in paints, construction materials, or contracting sectors is preferred.
