Operations Fleet Coordinator

Job Overview/Purpose The Fleet Coordinator for SIXT ensures the efficient allocation and availability of vehicles for customer bookings while coordinating maintenance and logistical operations. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Monitor fleet availability and allocate vehicles based on demand and bookings. Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules with service providers. Track fleet utilization and ensure optimal allocation to minimize idle time. Maintain records of vehicle mileage, conditions, and maintenance history. Collaborate with drivers and rental agents to ensure smooth vehicle logistics. Prepare and analyse reports on fleet performance, utilization, and cost efficiency. Support the Fleet Supervisor in implementing fleet optimization strategies. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making. Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business. Position Requirements Minimum 1–3 years in fleet coordination or logistics roles. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred. Show more Show less
