HR Personnel Specialist

Job Description: Handle personnel operations for assigned client accounts. Maintain and update employees’ personnel files and ensure all required documents are complete. Handle employment contracts, renewals, and related HR documentation. Handle social insurance procedures and required documentation. Track attendance, leaves, and employee records for assigned clients. Coordinate with clients regarding personnel requests and employee-related matters. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations. Prepare and provide clients with required personnel reports and updates. Handle day-to-day employee inquiries related to personnel matters. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Fresh Graduates Strong communication and client-handling skills. Good command of MS Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Show more Show less
