Key Responsibilities ● Own integrated delivery plans for FX transformation initiatives covering front office, e-trading, risk, middle office, operations, Finance and technology. ● Partner with FX traders, sales, structuring and product control to define business requirements for spot, forward, swap, option and hedging capabilities. ● Translate trading and client needs into business requirements, process maps, operating-model changes, user stories, test scenarios and implementation plans. ● Coordinate enhancements to pricing, limit usage, trade capture, confirmations, settlement, P&L, valuation and market-risk reporting. ● Drive expansion of client FX hedging propositions linked to lending, trade and cross-border flows across the bank’s regional footprint. ● Manage dependencies with market-risk limits, counterparty credit, collateral, conduct, regulatory reporting and treasury operations. ● Lead UAT readiness, defect prioritization, cutover, training, adoption and post-implementation stabilization. ●Maintain RAID and decision logs, benefits tracking, executive reporting and escalation across delivery forums. Core Deliverables ● FX transformation roadmap, milestones and governance pack ● Current-state and target-state process maps for the trade lifecycle ● Business requirements / user stories and signed-off UAT evidence ● Front-to-back control and dependency map ● Benefits case covering revenue enablement, STP, turnaround time and control improvements ●Implementation, adoption and stabilization plan Required Banking and Product Knowledge ● FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and client hedging use cases ● Trading platforms, market data, pricing, execution and order-management concepts ● Front-to-back trade lifecycle including confirmation, settlement, nostro and reconciliation ●Market risk, counterparty risk, limits, valuation, P&L and product-control fundamentals ● Electronic trading, straight-through processing and treasury architecture exposure ● Understanding of regulatory, conduct and control expectations in Global Markets Experience and Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline. Business Sensitive | Recruitment Use Transformation Manager Job Descriptions ● 7–12 years of banking experience, including meaningful exposure to FX trading, treasury, markets change, product management or transformation. ● At least 3 years delivering cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives in a bank or regulated financial institution. ● Experience preparing BRD/BRS documentation, process designs, business cases, UAT plans and senior-management reporting. ● Working knowledge of delivery methods such as Agile, hybrid or waterfall and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI or equivalent. Preferred Profile ● Candidates who have worked directly with an FX trading desk, treasury sales team or markets COO/change function. ● A transformation manager with strong banking-product fluency rather than a purely technical project manager. ●Experience across emerging markets, multi-entity banks or regional treasury platforms is advantageous. ●Credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CFA, FRM or ACI are beneficial but not mandatory.
