Job Title: Export Sales Manager Industry: Perfume & Fragrance Job Location: Dubai Job Summary Responsible for expanding international business by developing export markets, managing distributors, building client relationships, and driving global sales of perfume and fragrance products. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new international markets and export business opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners. • Develop export sales strategies and achieve international sales targets. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements. • Manage export orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely deliveries. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers. • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and documentation teams to ensure smooth export operations. • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, or FMCG. • Proven experience in international market development and distributor management. • Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
