The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and academically accomplished Business Analyst to support our international projects, strategic initiatives, and business development activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain direct exposure to the global payments industry, working on projects involving financial infrastructure, emerging technologies, and international market development. You will work closely with the MPS Global team, contributing to research, project coordination, strategic analysis, and the preparation of materials for senior management and external stakeholders. No previous experience in the payments industry is required. We are looking for intellectual curiosity, initiative, strong analytical capabilities, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Support the planning, coordination, and execution of international projects and strategic initiatives. Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items. Prepare project updates, management reports, and stakeholder presentations. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Market Research & Strategic Analysis Conduct research into international payment markets, financial infrastructure, and emerging industry developments. Analyse market opportunities, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes. Prepare concise research reports, strategic briefs, and executive presentations. Support the identification and evaluation of new markets and commercial opportunities. Business Development & International Engagement Assist with business development initiatives involving central banks, financial institutions, and payment infrastructure operators. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. Assist in coordinating international stakeholder meetings and maintaining professional communications. Contribute to the development of market-entry strategies and new business initiatives.
