Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally. Ensure HR processes comply with Qatar Labour Law and company policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in Qatar. Construction industry experience is mandatory.
