We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team at Le Royal Méridien Lusail. This position is specifically for the Cold Kitchen, and previous Cold Kitchen / Garde Manger experience is essential. Candidates without relevant cold kitchen experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate should have experience in buffet setup and presentation, high-volume banquet operations, set menus, salads, cold appetizers and canapé presentation.
