Contracts Manager - KSA

Job Summary: Madkour Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong expertise in EPC contracts, contractual risk management, and claims preparation to safeguard the company’s contractual and commercial interests across its projects. Key Responsibilities: Review EPC contracts and identify contractual and commercial risks. Prepare and submit contractual claims, including EOT, variations, delays, and additional costs. Draft contractual notices and formal correspondence. Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance. Coordinate with project teams to substantiate claims and protect the company's contractual rights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 10–12 years of relevant experience in EPC or construction projects. Strong hands-on experience in contract review and claims preparation. Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and EOT/delay claims. Previous experience in KSA is a must. Valid Iqama - [KSA resident].
