Planner- Passengers Transit Activities Performance

Job Description Job Purpose Perform end-to-end planning, analysis, reporting, and permitting activities for passenger transport sectors to support performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with franchise companies and internal stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategy Support monitoring and evaluation of passenger transit performance to ensure alignment with RTA laws, contracts, and quality standards. Provide analytical and technical inputs for sector performance improvement initiatives. Prepare recommendations on activity approval, temporary suspension, or cancellation of franchise companies. Operations Manage correspondence with franchise stakeholders and follow up on issues and required actions. Prepare and update periodic performance reports and sector records. Communicate with franchise companies to resolve escalated operational concerns. Support implementation of strategies and corrective actions to enhance performance and efficiency. Prepare contracts and auctions for concession companies in taxi, e-hail, and hourly-rental activities with concerned departments. Issue permits for rented buses, tourist transport, and school transport activities in coordination with the Commercial Transport Activities Department. Provide temporary permit services for buses from other Emirates. Manage relationships with franchise companies and shared-transport operators and evaluate their periodic performance. Analyze complaints, suggestions, and satisfaction studies and propose amendments based on standards. Manage, develop, and sustain the database of franchise companies and shared-transport operators and provide it to concerned departments. Product / Process Improvement Identify development opportunities based on sector performance analysis and stakeholder feedback. Propose and support implementation of amendments to improve service quality and operational compliance.
