Sales Coverage & Coverage Model Business Analyst Experience: 12+ Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support sales coverage and client management transformation initiatives within Corporate and Institutional Banking. The role involves analyzing client portfolios, improving coverage models, documenting business requirements, and developing data-driven insights to enhance client engagement, cross-selling opportunities, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze client portfolios, sales coverage effectiveness, revenue performance, and cross-selling opportunities. Support the design and improvement of sales coverage models, client management processes, and operating frameworks. Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and relationship management. Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking teams, Product, IT, Data, and Transformation stakeholders. Support the implementation of business process enhancements while ensuring compliance with banking policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Strategy, Transformation, or Operating Model initiatives. Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Wholesale Banking, or Transaction Banking. Understanding of client coverage models, relationship management, revenue analytics, and cross-selling performance. Familiarity with JIRA, Visio, Figma, and data visualization tools. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile: A banking Business Analyst with experience in business transformation, client coverage, operating model design, and data-driven business improvement initiatives.
