Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five years of relevant experience. Experience managing teams and day-to-day centre, branch or service operations. Demonstrated responsibility for service delivery, operational performance and customer experience. Experience managing staffing, targets, quality standards, risks and stakeholder relationships. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Saudi national. Flexible and willing to relocate based on operational requirements.
