Employee Engagement Assistant

Employee Engagement Assistant Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Summary The Employee Engagement Assistant is responsible for maintaining regular communication with outsourced staff to ensure their satisfaction, well-being, and alignment with client expectations. The role supports by addressing concerns promptly, gathering feedback, and providing timely updates to internal teams. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between client employees and NES management to address concerns and improve communication. Coordinate with new hires, including meeting and greeting them face-to-face during NES induction and organizing follow-up meetings at client sites. Conduct regular check-in calls with employees to gauge satisfaction, morale and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of policies and initiatives that promote employee well-being. Assist in conflict resolution and provide support to employees as required. Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, concerns and engagement activities. Job Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employee engagement principles, retention strategies, and contractor lifecycle management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse contractor groups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with HR or engagement management systems. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
